Ipsum welcomes new Director of Major Projects

Leading multi-technical engineering partner, Ipsum Group, has today announced its appointment of new Director of Major Project in its Power division, Paul Carse.

Paul joins Ipsum Power’s senior leadership team from specialist investor, Gresham House, where he was EPC Director having previously worked at National Grid, a leading ICP and grid scale BESS developer. He initially started his career via National Grid’s Engineering Training Programme progressing to a level 6 substation engineer, working on 400kV substations in the East of England.

In an industry that is full steam ahead with grid transmission upgrades, carbon capture and renewable energy, Paul’s extensive Major Project’s experience will assist him to build a high-performance function that can deliver essential works on some of the UK’s most critical infrastructure projects.
