IPSUM GROUP EXPANDS DRAINAGE AND WASTEWATER CAPABILITIES WITH ACQUISITION OF DRAINTECH SERVICES (MIDLANDS) LTD

Draintech will now operate as Ipsum Asset Management Services, further expanding its presence in the drainage and wastewater sector. 

The acquisition adds extensive expertise in drainage repair and maintenance, Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining for sewer rehabilitation, high-pressure jetting and CCTV drain surveys, broadening the range of services available to Ipsum’s customers. 

With an established presence in the Midlands, Draintech brings decades of experience supporting customers across the public and private sectors, including housing associations and local councils. Its strong customer relationships, technical expertise and regional knowledge will support Ipsum’s continued growth in the drainage and wastewater sector. 

By joining Ipsum, the team will benefit from the Group’s wider national engineering capabilities, while its experienced management team will bring valuable technical expertise to Ipsum’s established operations.
