Proactive inspection and maintenance are fundamental to maximising asset performance, improving network resilience and reducing the risk of unplanned failures. As part of our end-to-end service, we deliver comprehensive inspection programmes that include:

• Visual inspection of HV and LV equipment to identify wear, overheating, corrosion and mechanical damage
• Transformer inspections, including oil levels, bushings, cooling systems, temperature indicators and leak detection
• Switchgear and circuit breaker inspections, covering mechanical operation, insulation integrity and SF₆, oil or vacuum condition
• Inspection of protection relays, control systems and earthing installations
• Battery bank and DC system inspections, including charger performance and system condition
• Thermographic surveys to identify hotspots and potential failure points
• Detailed inspection reports with findings, risk assessments and prioritised recommendations
