Overhead lines (OHL)

We provide a full spectrum of overhead line services, designed to support a broad range of electrical infrastructure needs across the UK. Whether it’s proactive works or emergency repairs, we’re ready to hit the ground running.

This includes a comprehensive suite of services covering LV to 132kV wood pole infrastructure, including survey, inspection, design, construction, and refurbishment. Our in-house authorised OHL teams operate nationally on both planned and reactive works, ensuring consistent quality and dependable performance across every region.

We have successfully completed a wide range of projects, from decayed pole replacement programmes, LV and 11kV pole mounted network monitoring systems, to major 132kV Trident line new construction initiatives.

No matter the scale or complexity, our inhouse, authorised overhead line resource brings the technical capability and operational experience required to keep power flowing. Even during severe weather events, when we’re on hand 24/7, 365 days a year to provide emergency support.
