Inspections

We believe in stopping problems before they have a chance to disrupt your network. This proactive approach is built in to our turnkey solution and includes:

  • Visual inspection of HV and LV equipment for signs of wear, overheating, corrosion, or mechanical damage.
  • Routine inspection of transformers (oil levels, leaks, bushings, cooling systems, temperature indicators).
  • Switchgear inspection including contact condition, mechanical operation, insulation and enclosure integrity.
  • Circuit breaker inspections including mechanical operation, SF₆/oil levels, vacuum integrity etc.
  • Inspection of protection relays and control systems for correct wiring, labelling, settings, and physical condition etc.
  • Earthing system inspections (connections, corrosion, earth pit condition).
  • Battery bank and DC system inspections (voltage, electrolyte levels, charger health etc.)
  • Thermographic inspections to identify hotspots and potential failure points.
  • Comprehensive inspection reports with findings, risk ratings, and recommended corrective actions.
