OBIC 1000

A fast-set, spray applied, two component polyurea that is 100% solids and contains Zero VOCs. It has:

  • Excellent corrosion protection and chemical resistance.
  • Excellent impact resistance even in sub-freezing weather.
  • High abrasion resistance for harsh environments.
  • Seamless mono

OBIC 1306

A spray applied, two component polyurethane surfacing layer.

  • Excellent for stabilizing masonry surfaces
  • Dense closed cell foam
  • Seamless rigid polyurethane for rehabilitation of concrete and steel structures

OBIC 1200

A 1:1, fast-set, spray applied, two component polyurea / polyurethane hybrid coating that is 100% solids and contains zero VOCs. Once cured, it has:

  • A semi structural monolithic coating for culvert and pipeline rehabilitation
  • Excellent impact resistance and abrasion protection
  • Seamless monolithic waterproof membrane that is tough and durable

OBIC 1100

Specifically designed for potable water system applications, including storage tanks, food industry applications and treatment facilities. This high-performance solution not only rehabilitates aging structures but also creates a durable barrier against future corrosion, extending system life by decades.

OBIC 5000

The OBIC Armor System

The OBIC Armor System offers a fast, easy, and cost-effective solution for repairing and preventing damage in municipal and industrial sewers and potable water systems.

This multi-layer lining system consists of a robust core of OBIC 1306 (6–8 pound closed-cell foam) sandwiched between two layers of OBIC 1000 (flexible polyurea). The spray-applied OBIC 1000 & 1306 cures quickly, making it the ideal choice for rapid rehabilitation projects with minimal downtime.

Polyurea coatings cure rapidly. OBIC 1000 is tack-free in 20-30 seconds, reducing downtime during application and allowing for quick return to operation.

Flexible and durable

Highly flexible with 395% elongation, it can withstand thermal expansion and contraction to eliminate cracks under temperature changes.

Longevity

A long service life to reduce the need for reapplication and maintenance, which can be costly.

Seamless application

The ability to apply with a seamless coating reduces the likelihood of leaks and weak points in the protective layer.

Eliminates chimney seals

Since the OBIC Armor System is a continuous monolithic system from bench of the invert up to where it is attached to the casting (manhole frame) there is no need for additional cost of chimney seals.
