In-Vehicle Camera Privacy Notice

All Ipsum branded vehicles are fitted with inward-facing cameras located in the vehicle cabin. These cameras are capable of live view and recording functions for the purposes of safety, security, training, and incident investigation.

The footage may include images or video of the driver, passengers, or visitors within the vehicle cabin. This data is collected and processed by Ipsum in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Access to any footage is restricted to authorised personnel only and is retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the stated purposes, or as required by law. Where appropriate, the footage may be shared with insurers, law enforcement, or other relevant parties.
