From gold to platinum: Ipsum joins the cream of the crop

Ipsum is delighted to announce that the company has achieved Platinum status as a member of The 5% Club’s prestigious 2024-25 Employer Audit scheme.

The 5% Club works with UK employers and key influencers to inspire positive action for increased and accessible workplace learning – with a focus on apprentices, sponsored students and graduates.

Ipsum was previously awarded Gold in 2023 and 2024, with Platinum status – achieved by fewer than one in 10 of the club’s 1,200-plus members – awarded following a rigorous, independent Employer Audit.

Ipsum HR Director, Karen Harding, said:

Collectively, The 5% Club members support more than two million employees, with more than 121,000 engaged in ‘earn and learn’ programmes.

Members of The 5% Club commit to:
  • supporting the UK’s growth agenda and recognising the importance of developing people as a business and social priority;
  • playing their part in tackling youth unemployment and closing skills gaps;
  • pledging to have at least 5% of their UK workforce in formalised ‘earn and learn’ schemes within five years;
  • measuring and reporting progress annually in their CSR or equivalent reports; and
  • encouraging other employers to join the movement.
