Ipsum is delighted to announce that the company has achieved Platinum status as a member of The 5% Club’s prestigious 2024-25 Employer Audit scheme.
The 5% Club works with UK employers and key influencers to inspire positive action for increased and accessible workplace learning – with a focus on apprentices, sponsored students and graduates.
Ipsum was previously awarded Gold in 2023 and 2024, with Platinum status – achieved by fewer than one in 10 of the club’s 1,200-plus members – awarded following a rigorous, independent Employer Audit.
Ipsum HR Director, Karen Harding, said:
“At Ipsum, we believe in investing in and supporting every individual to reach their full potential. The 5% Club Employer Audit independently validates our achievements and recognises our commitment to talent development at Ipsum.
“This accolade places us among the UK’s leaders in workforce development, showcasing our passion for creating learning environments where every colleague can succeed.
“We are proud to be a member of The 5% Club and to be recognised as part of a growing movement of forward-thinking employers who are championing impactful workplace learning. This strengthens both our business and the communities and industries in which we operate.”
Collectively, The 5% Club members support more than two million employees, with more than 121,000 engaged in ‘earn and learn’ programmes.
Mark Cameron OBE, Chief Executive at The 5% Club, added:
“We are incredibly proud of the outstanding employers, like Ipsum, who continue to raise the bar for workplace learning. Their dedication to creating rich and varied ‘earn and learn’ opportunities sets a remarkable example. By achieving Platinum membership, Ipsum has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to investing in people – shaping the skills of tomorrow and driving lasting impact for both business and society.”
