Our programmes are designed to support you in your first role at Ipsum, providing you with the knowledge, experience, and formal training you need. Your progress and next steps are assessed upon completion.

No experience is necessary. As part of the programme, we’ll help you gain industry knowledge and expertise.

Throughout the programme, you’ll work as part of a team and receive support from managers, colleagues, and mentors.

Your job role will determine your work location, which could be at one of our various locations such as Glasgow or Livingston in Scotland, or the North West or Midlands in England (check out our locations page for more details).

As a national business, Ipsum provides opportunities for travel, if that’s something you’re interested in.
